“When newcomers to the showroom and outlet center first see the great variety of products offered, they frequently exclaim ‘I don’t know where to start!’” shared Rhonda Colquitt, a 19-year Kaplan employee.

As you peruse Kaplan’s retail showroom and outlet center, you will find thousands of high quality open-ended gifts designed to entertain and educate children from infancy through middle school. You will recognize many name brands like Lego®, Little Tikes®, Melissa and Doug®, Chicco®, Crayola® and Carson Dellosa® – as well as many items that are only available from Kaplan. What you won’t find are licensed, violent, cheaply made toys that end up in the trash can shortly after being played with by your child.

For your convenience, you can call the showroom and place an order from any of Kaplan’s catalogs and pick it up at your convenience – as long as the item is in stock at one of the three company’s warehouses on-site. When you come to pick it up, you’ll want to allow enough time to browse the products carried exclusively in the showroom – as well as the hundreds of items featured in the outlet center at clearance prices!

Mike Miller, the manager of the retail showroom and outlet center, has been with the company for over 20 years. “Child care center directors will drive from as far away as Washington D.C. and Virginia with a large, empty moving truck to buy everything they need to furnish their entire center in one day! That demonstrates our commitment to providing our customers with everything they need.”

More than anything, the three showroom employees – Mike Miller, Rhonda Colquitt and Kathy Freshwater -- take great pride in their ability to offer exceptional service to each and every customer.
